Explore new places, far and wide,
Embrace nature’s beauty, let your spirit ride.
These beautiful memories, like brushstrokes so fine,
Will cover the old memories of sorrow, line by line.

Life’s a journey, with obstacles in sight,
Sorrow will come, clouds of despair will take flight.
But never give up, never lose your way,
Let beautiful memories be your guiding ray.

Hold those memories close, let them be your guide,
And one day, life’s canvas will be a masterpiece,
A vibrant painting of joy, far and wide.

জীবনকাব্যে কষ্টের ছায়া,
মনের ক্যানভাসে নতুন রঙের ছোঁয়া

মানুষের জীবন, এক বিশাল ক্যানভাস, যেখানে আঁকা থাকে আনন্দ, দুঃখ, ভালোবাসা, হতাশা, সব মিলিয়ে এক এক অপূর্ব ছবি। কেউ কেউ বলে, জীবন মানেই দুঃখের সংসার। কারো জীবনে দুঃখের ছায়া ঘন, কারোর হালকা। কিন্তু দুঃখের স্মৃতি, যেন এক অভিশাপ, ভুলতে চাইলেই বারবার মনে পড়ে।

কিন্তু মন কি শুধু দুঃখেই ভরা থাকবে? না, জীবনের এই ক্যানভাসে নতুন রঙের ছোঁয়া লাগানোর উপায় আছে।

প্রথমেই, নিয়মিত নতুন সুন্দর স্মৃতি তৈরি করুন। প্রতিদিনের ছোট ছোট আনন্দগুলোকে মন খুলে গ্রহণ করুন। সুন্দর মনের মানুষদের সাথে সময় কাটান, হাসি-খুশিতে মেতে উঠুন। নতুন নতুন জায়গায় ঘুরে বেড়ান, প্রকৃতির সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করুন।

এই নতুন সুন্দর স্মৃতিগুলো যেন এক এক রঙের ছোঁয়া, ধীরে ধীরে পুরনো কষ্টের স্মৃতিগুলোকে ঢেকে ফেলবে। ধুলো জমতে জমতে একসময় সেগুলো হারিয়ে যাবে।

জীবন একটা যাত্রা। পথে বাঁধা আসবে, কষ্ট আসবে। কিন্তু হাল ছেড়ে দেওয়া যাবে না। সুন্দর স্মৃতিগুলোকে মনের নৌকার চালিকাশক্তি হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। সেগুলোকে বুকে ধরে এগিয়ে যেতে হবে। একদিন জীবনের ক্যানভাস হয়ে উঠবে রঙিন আনন্দের এক অপূর্ব চিত্রকর্ম।
