By Dr Lokman Khan
Life’s battles, not all are won,
Yet in each defeat, there’s wisdom spun.
The valiant heart takes the loss,
And weaves it into a bridge to cross.
Gracefully accepting the trial’s weight,
Learning from what’s on their plate.
They rise, not with fury, but with might,
In defeat’s shadow, they find new light.
Surrender is not in their creed,
From each loss, they’re freed.
To grow, to hope, to dare to dream,
In their heart, a resilient beam.
The ones who never yield to defeats,
Are the ones who’ll reach new heights.
They understand, to truly win,
One must see defeat not as an end, but a begin.
